Turkish Lamp Workshops (TLW)
Open to new and returning students
This is a special workshop with a single project offered:  to custom decorate and assemble an authentic Turkish mosaic lamp.  The finished lamp is about 16" tall.   Choose either a "Swan" (gooseneck) style, or a "Moon" style (see adjacent photos).  You are provided all of the lamp parts, including a glass globe, and a generous supply of pre-cut colored glass pieces and beads.  Nancy will provide several example patterns to choose from, or you may compose your own.  Then you may choose to grout your decorated globe at any Open Studio.
Materials, instruction, Turkish tea, and lunch are included in the cost ($150).  This also includes the option to attend any Open Studio for grouting your lamp globe.  This last step takes only about one hour.
$20 deposit to reserve a seat.  Remainder of workshop fee is payable the day of the workshop at The Mosaic Gardens (Venmo, Zelle, cash or check).
