Saturday Mosaic Workshops (SMW)

This is an all-day (10 am to 4 pm) introduction to the basic techniques of creating mosaic art.  Materials, instruction, continental breakfast, and lunch are included in the cost.*  Mosaic Workshops offer a choice of projects, and students usually need to return during an Open Studio to finish their project. 
Cost: $20 deposit to reserve a seat.  Remainder of workshop fee is payable the day of the workshop at The Mosaic Gardens (Venmo, Zelle, cash or check).
 Please consider registering now for an Open Studio scheduled soon after your workshop.  Open Studios are 1 pm - 4 pm on most Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a Saturday or Sunday most weekends.

​The project for this workshop is creating an eye-catching border for a mirror, consisting of colored glass pieces made using alcohol-based inks.

"Sunflowers, Poppies"
We will be using a pattern to create either a sunflower or a poppy mosaic. This workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced mosaic students.
Total cost will be $120.  
Materials, instruction, continental breakfast, and lunch are included in the cost.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the workshop date.  Workshops are usually fully booked or nearly so.  However, if a workshop has to be cancelled for some reason, the Mosaic Gardens would refund your deposit in the same manner that it was initially received.
About our policy:
Our workshops and Open Studios require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies in advance.  As a small business, we cannot absorb these costs and still keep our class prices low.
