Workshop is held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pique Assiette is a style of mosaic art that originated in France. The term is often associated with the use of broken plates, dishes, and other recycled materials to create beautiful and unique works of art. This creative approach gives new life to discarded items and celebrates the beauty of repurposed materials.
In this fun and hands-on workshop, we will transform broken pieces into a charming Bird Mosaic Garden Stake using colorful ceramic plates and recycled glass tiles. Participants will learn basic mosaic techniques while exploring color, texture, and design. Enjoy the creative process of turning ordinary materials into a one-of-a-kind garden decoration that will add personality and sparkle to your outdoor space or make a thoughtful handmade gift.
This workshop is limited to 8 students.
Total cost will be $150. Register with $20 deposit to reserve your seat. Remainder of workshop fee ($130) is payable the day of the workshop at The Mosaic Gardens (Venmo, Paypal, cash or check).
